- VP Engineering - The VP of Engineering will pull from his/her strong design and development background to ensure that business requirements are being met; state-of-the-art architectural design and development methodologies are being implemented and adhered to, and the Engineering organization becomes an innovation engine for the company. The candidate should be comfortable managing off-shore developers.
- Director, Online Marketing - This individual will report directly to our VP Marketing and work closely with senior management, product management, and designers to ensure that traffic grows consistently with high quality, and that changes/enhancements to the company’s web site(s) does not negatively impact traffic generation, especially organic traffic growth.
